to filling out the star chart
1.Goto
http://www.moises.molina.net
then to links then to star chart login
2. If you are a returning user
here at Molina you will have a user name and password. Check with your
department chair or Paul Turnage for the user name.If you need the password
from PT then email him at pturnage@dallasisd.org
and he will send you your user name. We do
not have the password. To get the password you will goto the blank on the
login page of Star Chart to forgot your passwords and put your user name
in that blank. They will send you and email with the login password.
3.If you are new to Molina then
we have a user name and a password for you. your password is (password)
Login then update your profile. then you will goto your email and check
for email from tea with instructions on what to do next.
you can then login to the star
chart and complete the survey.
